The grounding switch is composed of brackets, grounding knife assemblies, static contacts, sensors and other components. The brackets are formed by welding thin steel plates. Its working principle is that the operating mechanism drives the main shaft to rotate, and the compression spring energy storage is used to realize rapid opening and closing actions. When closing, the grounding knife and the static contact make contact through the disc spring. The daily average relative humidity is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%. d. The seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees. 2. Not applicable to the following places: a. The installation site has gases, vapors, chemical precipitates, smokes, dust, dirt and their explosive corrosive substances that seriously affect the insulation and conductivity of the grounding switch. b. There are frequent and severe vibrations in the installation site. II. Structure and working principle 1. Main structure: The grounding switch is composed of brackets, grounding knife assemblies, static contacts, sensors, shafts, crank arms, compression springs, conductive sleeves and soft connections. Note: The brackets are formed by bending thin steel plates and then welded into components, and the rest are assembled parts. 2. Working principle: a. When the operating mechanism closes the grounding switch, the torque makes the main shaft overcome the resistance torque, drives the crank arm to rotate along the closing direction, and makes the operating rod on the grounding knife pass the dead point of the compression spring, and the compression spring releases energy, so that the grounding switch closes quickly and stays in the closed position. The grounding knife on the grounding knife assembly makes firm and reliable contact with the flange part of the static contact through the disc spring. b. When opening the brake, the applied torque makes the main shaft overcome the main torque and the spring force, drives the crank arm to rotate along the opening direction, and makes the compression spring of the grounding knife pass the dead point, and the compression spring finishes energy storage for the next closing. c. The opening and closing speed of the grounding switch has nothing to do with the human operating speed.
